Dean Picciotti has twenty years of experience in senior management of both publicly and
privately held businesses. His executive experience as Chairman, CEO, COO, CIO, General
Counsel and in other senior-level positions of large multi-national sales and service
organizations includes the e-commerce, technology, reseller and finance industries.
Prior to joining the Colmen Group, Mr. Picciotti was employed by a publicly traded Fortune
1000, billion-dollar technology reseller, as Senior Vice President of Product Management.
Prior, thereto, he was appointed, with the approval of the United States District Court
(EDPA), as CEO of one of the world’s largest software resellers. Mr. Picciotti
successfully restructured the company and returned the company to profitability.
As an attorney licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Florida, Mr. Picciotti has
extensive experience in enforcing creditors’ rights pursuant to state, federal and
bankruptcy law.
Mr. Picciotti holds a BS from West Chester University, cum laude and a JD, from Rutgers
Law School. Mr. Picciotti has been a member of the Board of Directors and an adviser to
several companies and venture capital firms.
